"Project Financial Company" Ltd was established in Kaliningrad in August,2002. It’s main goal is a development in the region of a new perspective kind of entrepreneurship - project financing that will be able to attract significant investments to the regional economy.

Nowadays the notion "project financing" is more applied in businessmen’s lexicon. However many entrepreneurs by haven’t understood the crux of this phenomenon, accept it carefully. Nevertheless project financing is the only way to realize a project in many cases.

In contrast to usual crediting in which the source of repayment is all economical activity of a debtor including all profit from the project realization, in project financing the source of repayment of given bankroll is capital flows gained as a result of a concrete project realization.
