| Advent concert was held in "Fish Village" |

On the 12th of December, 2010 in the business centre “Fish Exchange” an Advent concert was held with the fair as a summing-up event of a cultural cooperation of “Project Financial company” Ltd, General Consulate of the Republic of Poland in Kaliningrad and the studio “BCD Records”, and the beginning of a new collaboration with the Consulate General of the Lithuanian Republic.

A solemn opening of the sculpture "The Cat" in EHTC "Fish Village" took place on the 9th of October 2010. Fedorov P.N., General Director of “Project Financial Company" Ltd, expressed his gratitude to the smiths who were the creators of the sculpture "The Cat" - Ñarolå Therouse Crevecoeur (a famous woman-smith from Paris), Masters of the Blacksmith’s workshop «Schmiedehof» - S. On the 9th of October 2010 ãîäà at 12.00 on the square between the buildings of the Hotel Heliopark Kaiserhof and the business centre «Fish Exchange” in EHTC "Fish Village" the opening ceremony of the sculpture "Cat" will be held. The sculpture will be a symbol of the annual celebration of "Cat’s Day" in EHTC "Fish Village". We invite visitors and residents of Kaliningrad!

| On the 4th of September, 2010 a holiday “Cat’s Day” took place on the quay of the EHTC “Fish Village” |

"Cat”s Day" is an ethnographic festival, which was held for the second time on the quays of the EHTC "Fish Village". On the festival the works of craftsmen were performed, on the square in front of the building "Fish Stock, the concert was held with the participation of artists and musicians of the Kaliningrad region, as well as a musician from Gliwice, Tomek Mucha. There was an exhibition of cats in the building "Fish Stock”.

Fedorov Pavel Nikolaevich, General Director of “Project Financial Company “ Ltd, the Chairman of the Board of the Kaliningrad regional branch of the Inter-regional public organization of veterans of the Airborne Troops and Special Forces of the Union troopers, was awarded the Order of Merit “For the Kaliningrad region” "for many years of conscientious work, special contribution to the implementation of targeted programs of the Kaliningrad region.

In August, 04 in 2010 a car, participant of an auto race Strasbourg-Kaliningrad-Vladivostok-Voronezh arrived to the EHTC “Fish Village” finishing the auto rally Strasbourg-Kaliningrad-Vladivostok-Voronezh. The auto rally was dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Airborne. Mileage of this car is 28 200 km. The driver and his family were awarded by commemorative medals.
