Viewing Tower "Lighthouse"
The most recognizable building of “Fish Village” is a Viewing Tower “Lighthouse”, a part of the complex "Old Pregolya".
You may enjoy a wonderful view over the river and the island of Kant sitting with a cup of coffee in a cozy cafe “Coffee Lounge”,
located on the third floor of the tower.
In addition, there is an art gallery, which is currently represented by the archeological exhibition "Three Centuries of “Fish Village”
in the tower "Lighthouse". A highlight of the archaeological exhibition - a collection of knives of the 19th and
20th centuries. There are Spanish partisan, Korean and Chinese two-handed swords, tridents and fighting fencing swords.
Also, you may see footwear of the citizens of the 16th century, antique dishes and utensils. All the exhibits were found in the site
during the archaeological works that were carried out in time of the construction of “Fish Village” in 2006.
All found antiquities have been restored.
Tower’s height is 31 meter, 133 steps.
