Nowadays the project on creation of the Ethnographical, Handicraft and trade Centre “Fish Village” is one of the biggest projects which are being carried out in the Kaliningrad region. The strategical goal of the project is a creation of a new business centre which will be a leading one in the ethnographic tourist field by offering the unique complex of entertainment and traditional business services.

The Centre is a block of constructions in a historical centre of the Kaliningrad city and it consists of quays, moorings, a pedestrian drawbridge and 14 buildings of different kinds (hotels, restaurants, trade and entertainment centers and office premises) which can be identified as separate business units, financial centers.
